We have a good weather forecast for tomorrow, so come and enjoy a lovely day at the coast. See you there!
Well, we are just about set for the big day at the St Abbs Wool Festival tomorrow, Saturday 1st March. The van is packed with lots of lovely goodies - new handspun yarns, just knitted hats & bags & cowls etc. I've also been putting together some knitting and crochet kits so that you can take away all you need to make something lovely for yourself - or if you are feeling generous, for someone else! I've got kits to make: hand spun Teddy bears, stuffed with lambswool; hand spun cowls that take almost no time to knit and will keep you warm and toasty for a long time; how about a nice crochet bowl to put those easter eggs in? Or practice your fair isle knitting by making some lovely woolly Shetland balls! How about a beanie hat knitting kit? Some crocheted sea creatures made from Shetland yarns - jelly fish, anemones, limpets and star fish just for starters? Kits start at just £10.
We have a good weather forecast for tomorrow, so come and enjoy a lovely day at the coast. See you there! Comments are closed.

JennieI've been knitting and designing for a long time and don't think I'm going to stop anytime soon. The inspiration just keeps coming, there is always a new technique to learn, a new yarn to try out and so many knitters out there in the world sharing their tips and secrets that it's sometimes hard to know what to do next.
