Just another update of events.  This weekend - the 24th November - a reminder for the Alnmouth Wool Fair organised by the Sheep tales & spinning yarns project, here's a list of some of the participants:

Paula Constantine Facebook page: Constantine Historical Handicrafts

Margery Robinson http://www.moondancewools.com/

I will also be having a regular stand at the Hawick Farmers' Market on the 3rd Friday of the month between 10am and 2pm (although folk are usually setting up around 9am for those of you who can call before you go to work...the next market is on the 21st December, so still time to stock up on Christmas goodies!

I am at Kelso Farmers' Market on the 22nd December between 9am and 1.30pm and it promises to be a packed house with all the regular stall holders in attendance.

I am trying to sort out attending a couple of craft fairs in Edinburgh before Christmas, so keep checking back to see what's going on.

As I said in a previous post, please use the contact form to get in touch with me if you aren't able to catch me out and about but you are in the area and want to visit me at my studio at home.

I've got loads of new buttons in stock, both the jazzy colourful wooden ones and some really nice natural wood buttons in all sizes and some coconut shell buttons too, although I haven't got photos sorted out just yet, if you catch me at one of my events, you'll be able to see for yourselves.

Finally I've got lots more lovely handspun yarns ready including yak, ramie & silk mixes, gotland, blue faced leicester and some chunky grey massam.

I've been knitting and designing for a long time and don't think I'm going to stop anytime soon.  The inspiration just keeps coming, there is always a new technique to learn, a new yarn to try out and so many knitters out there in the world sharing their tips and secrets that it's sometimes hard to know what to do next.
