Here we are at Kelso farmers' market yesterday. A little chilly out but we had hot chocolate and plenty woolly clothes to wear so we were okay! The market is always well attended and yesterday was no exception. We took the opportunity to tell everyone about the St Abbs Wool Festival - you can see the poster proudly displayed on the stall! Remember it's next Saturday so we hope to see a lot of people coming to St Abbs to partake of the bracing sea air and of course all the woolly loveliness going on in the Ebba Centre!

Tomorrow we set off for the Kendal Wool Gathering, the van is loaded with goodies and I'm just finishing off a few last minute things - like a big pot of veggie stew to see us through the weekend - and some lovely cashmere scarves to wrap up warm for the coming season. I've also been making some really lovely cards - owls and trees are involved - photo to follow as soon as I can find the camera. Well, we did Yarndale! We sold out of buttons completely - but replenishments were waiting for us when we got home - just in time for The Kendal Wool Gathering next weekend! So we have plenty stock for all our October events.

JennieI've been knitting and designing for a long time and don't think I'm going to stop anytime soon. The inspiration just keeps coming, there is always a new technique to learn, a new yarn to try out and so many knitters out there in the world sharing their tips and secrets that it's sometimes hard to know what to do next.
