 We had a little trip out on Monday to visit our friend Kate the shepherdess. We also met her flock of many and various sheep and highland coos with calves afoot. All in the pouring rain but wonderful just the same. I came away with a lovely coloured Ryeland fleece from this little lady. Lovely soft crimpy locks and a gorgeous colour - more news of which later when I've had a go at spinning it...
