It's now the beginning of August and the boxes are unpacked - almost all - we have opened some and thought "what do we need that for?", repacked said items and put in a pile for a car boot sale - the pile has become rather large...
I've been making contacts again with my Scottish Borders friends and am really enjoying the atmosphere, even if it is a little damp!
I've now got my own room in the house which is dedicated to my yarns and fibres, spinning wheels and stock for sale and which I rather grandly call my studio, so if anyone out there wants to drop in and see me, just send an email (from here) and we can arrange a time. We are near Kelso...
I'll be sorting out some workshops and tuition later this year, so watch this space. Also look out for me at local farmers markets and Borders events, we may even get a little further afield into the Lothians and beyond.
