Herdwick and Swaledale kits
The kits come in two sizes, small - around 75 grams of yarn - enough to make a beanie hat or a beanie snug - and the large kit, with 300 grams of yarn is enough to make a moebius bag or a cushion cover or a couple of hats and scarves. Colours change with availability of hand dyed yarns, so each kit contains some natural coloured yarns, ranging from off white to light grey, dark brown and dark grey, plus some colours - oranges, reds, greens, purples and blues. Coloured yarns are mostly dyed with plant dyes, however, if a yarn is not plant dyed I will specify that this is the case.
The smaller kit contains roughly equal amounts of each colour. The larger kit will sometimes have more of one colour than another, depending on what is available. I also include bamboo circular needle(s) with the kits so that you can get knitting as soon as you open the parcel!
As well as Herdwick & Swaledale yarns, I will sometimes include other British breed yarns if the colours work together, so for instance the lovely rich chocolate brown in the beanie kit is actually Hebridean wool. I include natural wooden buttons in the large kits.

How to order
To start, from the first pull down list, select where you live - either in the EU (including the British Isles) or the rest of the world. All prices shown include post & packing to these areas, parcels are posted from the UK. The postage rates quoted are for ordinary post only, if you wish to have recorded delivery or insurance then please contact me for prices before ordering. From the second pull down list, choose you colourway/weight of yarn. Kits include printed patterns and yarns and any buttons or accessories required. Kits will be sent to you upon reciept of payment through Paypal.
